The hotel was beautifully designed with comfortable modern rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with breakfast, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the services were excellent. The location was particularly good, so close to old town The venue was in a central area.

We had a great time during our city trip. The property was well decorated and had a nice pool area that we enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary happy hour in the bar.

We found the street noise to be quite loud in our room, even though we requested a quiet one. the breakfast options could have been better, as they didn't cater well for our Western tastes.

I recently stayed at Manoir Des Arts in Hai Phong for a week-long vacation. The hotel is located in a beautifully restored old building and is within walking distance to local markets. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food if you want a break from local cuisine. Above all, the staff at Manoir Des Arts really made our stay exceptional. They treated us like royalty, always friendly, helpful, and with a smile. Truly top-notch service.
